Chef Nick Kent has built his career around the belief that memorable food should feel both intentional and welcoming. His experience includes founding Big River Pizza Co. and serving as Executive Chef of Restaurant 1796.
Over time, Nick saw a growing need for professional chefs beyond the traditional restaurant setting. Families wanted personalized meals, flexibility and consistency at home. Hosts wanted elevated events that still felt warm and personal. Kent Private Dining was created to meet both needs.
